QHow long does a fence take to install?
Most residential jobs are finished in one to two days once materials are on site. Larger commercial runs and custom gates take longer, and we give you the schedule in writing with the quote.
QDo you handle permits and HOA approval?
Yes. We pull the permit for your county and prepare the drawings and specifications your HOA needs for approval. You sign, we file.
QWhat about property lines?
We install inside your line unless a survey says otherwise. If you are unsure where the line sits, we recommend a survey before we set posts. It is far cheaper than moving a finished fence.
QWhat does the warranty cover?
Ten years on our workmanship: posts, setting, alignment, gates, and hardware installation. Materials carry the manufacturer warranty on top of that, which on vinyl is often lifetime.
QDo you repair existing fences?
Yes. Storm damage, leaning posts, damaged panels, and gates that no longer latch. We match existing material and color whenever it is still available.
QHow deep do you set the posts?
Depth depends on fence height, soil, and wind load, and we set to code for your county. We do not shortcut post depth, which is the single most common reason a cheap fence leans within a year.
QIs the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, walk the line with you, measure, and give you a written fixed price. There is no charge and no obligation.
